LEARNING TO MEDITATE
Meditation leads to inner peace, overcomes loneliness, improves relationships, and has many other benefits for mind and body. We will investigate how meditation works to calm our mind throughout our busy daily life. Find out how to fit an enjoyable meditation practice into your present lifestyle, and learn time-tested methods for improving mindfulness, concentration and happiness. Beginners and those wanting to continue to learn meditation are welcome in this class. Discover peace within.

Without first developing inner peace, world peace will remain impossible to achieve. Buddha explained simple techniques to keep our mind comfortable and peaceful, no matter what is going on around us. Cultivating these states of mind creates the harmony we seek. Classes include clear teachings, meditations, and prayers.
SIMPLY MEDITATE
with Rob Selwyn
This weekly drop-in meditation class offers the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation, we will learn to develop inner peace, giving us the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. Each class is self contained with two guided meditations, some simple instructions on how to meditate and a chance to discuss and ask questions, all in the comfort of a chair.
