Everyone is welcome - whether you’re brand new to meditation and seeking relaxation techniques, or if you’ve been practicing meditation for a long time and are now seeking a spiritual path.

TRANSFORMING ADVERSITY

OCTOber CLASS in Millburn Mall, Little Silver and Ridgewood

Sometimes it feels like our life is falling apart, because of work, money, family or health problems. Meditation provides inner methods for responding peacefully and constructively. Training the mind can help us transform stressful situations into causes of inner peace. Finally, even difficult and even painful circumstances can become part of our path to freedom.

SIMPLY MEDITATE

Sundays, 2 – 3 pm in Millburn Mall

This class is designed for beginners. Each class begins with a simple meditation. During the teaching that follows, the instructor explains what meditation is. The last meditation demonstrates how contemplation works. You will be given a meditation that will help you get started at home. Meditations are guided by the instructor and are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

FRIDAY MORNING MEDITATION

Friday, 9:15 – 10:15 am in Millburn Mall

Meditation can provide a break in our busy lives. Its purpose is to make our mind calm and peaceful. With a sense of inner peace and well-being we can learn to cope with life’s challenges and create new opportunities for growth. Come and enjoy these guided meditation classes. No prior experience is needed.
